pet you love deeply. Does your home keep you warm in the winter,
cool in the summer? Who is your closest friend?
Mentally list everything that gives you joy. Relive pleasant moments.
Now look forward for the next 24 hours to unfold before you like a
wonderful gift.
Your goal is to step out of bed with a genuine smile on your face,
positive vibes flowing from you like a river.
Because no matter what happens today, your life is truly beautiful.
