Dain Schult is a radio industry veteran having started his broadcast career as a disc jockey in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1968.

He created Radioactivity; was Chief Operating Officer for Sunbelt Radio Group, founder and CEO for Texrock Radio; created and operated as Chairman and CEO of American Communications Enterprises, before the formation of American Radio Empire, which he currently manages as Chairman and CEO.
